The 32-year-old, who plays Cressida Cowper on the hot Netflix series, further shared that she identifies as queer. Says ‘In Love With A Woman’
Celebrating Pride Month, the month dedicated to the LGBTQ community, ‘Bridgerton’ actor Jessica Madsen has disclosed that she is in love with a woman. The 32-year-old, who plays Cressida Cowper in Netflix’s beloved series, also revealed that she is queer. “In love with a woman, loud about it and proud about it!” Madsen announced on her Instagram account.
The actress also shared other viral Pride posts captioned, “News flash: I’m queer,” and, “Don’t interact with me in June unless this is the vibe you’re bringing,” with the help of an illustration—an illustration of a bucking unicorn-slash-Pegasus with multicolored wings.
Madsen most recently appeared in the period drama ‘Bridgerton’s season three, where her character Cressida forms a highly unlikely partnership business-wise with Eloise Bridgerton (Claudia Jessie). The actress, who will reprise her role in the latter part of season three, said that the show will be available on Netflix from June 13.
